30-day Money Back Guarantee

Request a refund

Our policy offers a full refund within 30 days of your date of purchase. We’d love to know what went wrong and how we can improve, so please include details about the reason for your refund request if you reach out to us directly. Email us at [email protected].

Prepaid credit

Prepaid credit for our services is non-refundable. It is meant for customers who already use Tag Pilot and want to lower their long-term cost, so the 30-day Money Back Guarantee does not apply to it. Credit is valid for 12 months and is used automatically on your monthly invoices.

We refund unused credit, excluding the bonus, only where mandatory consumer law requires it, if we permanently discontinue the service or close your account for reasons that are not your fault, or in case of a payment error such as a duplicate charge. Refund

We make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. Your financial institution may take up to 20 days for the refund to go to your bank account/card. More details can be found on Paddle.com.
