Ecommerce tracking for WooCommerce, PrestaShop and Shopify

Complete ecommerce tracking, without the meter.

GTM plugins that send complete GA4 ecommerce events (free, PRO from $49 a year), server-side GTM hosting at a flat $15 per container a month, and profit tracking for Google Ads. Use one, or all three.

GA4 MCPSearch Console MCP

A shop sending one set of events through a server-side container out to Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Bing and Pinterest.

One event model across the stack

Use one product or connect all three. Each layer is replaceable without replacing the others.

  • Store - keep WooCommerce, PrestaShop or Shopify, or emit the events yourself.
  • Consent - keep the consent management platform you already run.
  • Hosting - use ours or another sGTM provider; the events are standard either way.
  • Destinations - send to whichever analytics and advertising tools you choose.

Profit tracking

Google Ads bids on revenue. Revenue is not what you keep.

A €249 order is sent to Google Ads as €249, whether it earned you €72 or lost you €4. Every server-side GTM host forwards that same number, because revenue is all the purchase event carries.

Profit tracking applies your product costs and order-level rules, then returns a separate purchase_profit event for Google Ads. Bidding optimises against what you keep rather than what you billed.

  • Your costs - per-item cost from your product feed, plus shipping, fees and packaging as rules you write.
  • As it happens - calculated on the purchase, not imported overnight.
  • Its own conversion - Google Ads receives purchase_profit and bids against it.

One order after cost of goods, shipping and payment fees. Google Ads receives 72.18 and bids against that instead of the 249.00 top line.

For agencies and consultants

Or run it under your own name.

Put your brand on the hosting and keep us out of sight. Your client sees you; we run the containers behind it.

No client minimum and no partner tier to qualify for. We are software engineers, not an agency - we do not approach the clients you bring.

Event monitoring and lead tracking.

Two add-ons for your server-side GTM container, free for now.

Event monitoring inspects the events flowing through your container: quality, consent, cookies and tag failures. Lead tracking stores leads from the container, follows their status in your CRM and sends qualified leads to ad platforms as conversions.

Questions

Common questions

Are you an agency?

No. We are software engineers, not an agency - we build tracking products you buy and run yourself. Implementation, migrations and ongoing support are handled separately under our Tag Concierge brand, and we do not manage ad campaigns.

Do I need to use all of the products?

No. Each product works on its own. Use our plugins with another hosting provider, use our hosting with another data source, or connect profit tracking to your existing server-side GTM container.

Can I keep my current GTM setup?

Yes. Tag Pilot runs standard Google Tag Manager containers and standard GA4 ecommerce events. You can add or replace one layer without rebuilding the rest of your setup.

Can I use my own consent management platform?

Yes. The plugins support Consent Mode v2 and read the consent state set by your CMP. We do not require a specific consent platform.

Where is server-side data processed?

You choose the region when you create a container: EU, US or APAC. Ask us if you need the processing details in writing for a DPA.
